The “Systemic Perspective” to me in my village
Scansano in Maremma Toscana
Everybody lives in a System and every System has an impact on another System, like a Mobile Perpetuum.
Thus, the Maremma Toscana – its culture and way of life, its language, its history, its powerful nature, the sea, the hot sulfur springs, our place Podere Carbone with its long history, with its wild herbs, plants and many animals, its ancient stone maidens and – the people who come to us year after year – they all have an effect on me!
And me, involved in this SYSTEM – an effect on my environment.
And an effect on my students and clients in their environment.
The students and clients who come to my Institute for Systemic Solutions Maremma Toscana, see and experiences me in being involved in this wonderful nature, culture … …
This view, how I am teaching, living, enjoying, working, effects them. They take it with, just like that. It’s different than as I would live and teach in a different environment, maybe in Germany!
This experience they bring back into their lives, into their SYSTEMS. There the “Systemic Perspective“ with all its facets is effecting.
With all internal and external processes to their family and organisation Systems.
They all in all work in them – and in their environment to solve problems!
Everything is connected with everything – and we are consciously or unconsciously, part of it!
The “Systemic Perspective“ helps you to see and to experience more and more in SYSTEMS.
It teaches you to actively find good solutions for you and your clients, in a professional or private context!
