Do you know that?
Corona triggers different feelings in you?
I know that – and that’s a good thing, it’s uncomfortable
but it’s confronting me with different feelings.
You realize you have panic, maybe fear?
You don’t want to be touched by other people anymore?
Are you afraid of contact?
Are you afraid that the food might not be enough?
Are you afraid that money will run out?
You may even be afraid to die or someone from your loved ones?
Or:
You just want to displace everything and pretend that nothing is?
You want to play down and trivialize it?
You just want to be left alone?
You just want to disperse?
You just want to go, far away?You just want to fight?
Not only you have some of these feelings, I and I think
most people too, I think, at this time worldwide,if you are honest with yourself!
“ACKNOWLEDGING WHAT IS!”
“Acknowledge what is” – this is one of the best known statements
by Bert Hellinger.
What does that mean?
To recognize all feelings that are there at the moment.
With my “Systemic Perspective” I always recommend my clients
and students:
“The best way to solve problems is:
Don’t fight
Not to trivialize
Not to look away
Not to play down
Don’t fight for a solution“
Then – if you like to sit down quietly, close your eyes,
breathe in deeply through your nose and through the
mouth slightly open out and any feelings or thoughts
just let come – without ifs and buts!
They can all have a place! ❣️
Look at them – let them come and let them go,
without getting caught up in them!
You will see, then they will not dominate you, but
you will meet them with awareness.
The SOLUTION then comes gradually from your inside,
from within from the the KNOWING Field of your ANCESTORS
which so far have managed many crises, mastered, survived.
This knowledge,
will give you POWER and LOVE.
Be grateful, acknowledge for what they have experienced and suffered
thank them for your LIFE❣️
Only you will know what’s the right SOLUTION for you.
